Broadband services are sufficient for a majority of clientele, specifically those who only seek local breakout and do minimal international application-based engagement.

Our dedicated (DIA) fibre services are true enterprise grade offerings. These services carry service guarantees and SLAs with strict resolution time frames.

Our Dedicated Services are:

  • Public IP Addresses available depending on blocks required
  • Fully Symmetrical

Wireless services either consist of PTMP solutions or direct Microwave. These services are split into 2 categories of services.

  • Licensed Spectrum
    Wireless offerings are typically more expensive as they are very similar to DIA services for Fibre. Infrastructure is often specifically built for the client (rural sites) and comes with the associated price tag. However, these services are guaranteed and carry with them Business SLAs with strict resolution timelines
  • Unlicensed Spectrum
    Wireless Offerings are very similar to your Broadband access offerings in fibre. They are contended anywhere from 1:2 to 1:20 and in some cases more.
    Unlicensed spectrum wireless does not carry a Business SLA with specific performance clauses, however depending on the product, an entry level SLA will accompany the product to provide certain resolution timelines.

Both services are quicker to deploy than fibre and are seen as viable alternatives to physical infrastructure. To note though, no service will compare to a physical infrastructure fibre product, you make trade-offs for delivery time, cost, and SLA.

Due to the nature of Wireless products physical site surveys are required to ensure LOS.
